Order Processing Orders are processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days after processing.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
  • G-Catoure is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • Some destinations may not be eligible for shipping due to carrier restrictions.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.


Lost or Stolen Packages G-Catoure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (not yet marked delivered), contact us within 7-14 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available.


Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. G-Catoure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately, we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.


Fulfillment Locations G-Catoure fulfills orders from New York. Some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.
