We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
ReturnsΒ We accept returns withinΒ 14 daysΒ of delivery for items that are unused/unworn (when it has to do with item quality), and in original packaging. Final sale items, intimates, and customized products are not eligible for return.
ExchangesΒ We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsΒ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us withinΒ 48 hoursΒ of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
RefundsΒ Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method withinΒ 1-5Β business days.
Return ShippingΒ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we're not responsible for lost returns.

- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage: We recommend donating these items to charity to any other organization that specializes in using scrap/clothing to create new products.
